30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Should you not be satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Ermonix will provide you with a refund. Claim must be made within 30 days of you receiving your item.

You need only ensure products are unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition they were received in. Please contact info@ermonix.com for further instructions on obtaining your refund.

Plant pod returns only accepted when purchased for use with Ermonix and Click & Grow smart gardening systems. Item must be in original condition.

Sprouting guarantee: If your plant doesn't sprout, we'll replace it. Plant pods must be grown using an Ermonix smart garden with the Click and Grow 'Official Partner Product' label.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must follow the below process in order for us to process a replacement or refund:

  • Within 30 days of receiving the item contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you would like a replacement or refund.
  • We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  • Once approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the item.
  • If we ask you to return the item, you will not have to pay for any return shipping fees. We will refund the full amount of your purchase once item is received.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item (if applicable), and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded for your item on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
