Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.
The time frame for your order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packing. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center and dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders received by 2pm US Central time will be dispatched same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched next business day.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to your destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination. This may take longer from time to time. Please be aware that shipping times are estimates only and provided to us by the courier companies. Once items are dispatched from our warehouse, please track your item via the tracking number provided.

Shipping Destinations
We currently only ship within the USA. For more information about when products will be available in your country please email info@ermonix.com.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shopping cart value at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
