Is there a subscription?

No, you are not locked into any subscriptions.

Does the system use a pump?

The Garden Cube is a silent garden. Unlike other systems, it does not require a pump to function.

What is the power consumption?

The 30W LED grow light will consume 0.48 kWh/day. At the U.S. average of 15c/kWh, that estimates to $26.28/year.

Can I use my own seeds?

Yes, we have seedless plant pods available so get creative!

Is the light height adjustable?

Height adjustment is not required. Professional grade LEDs have been optimized to provide your plants with an average PPFD of 127 µmol/m²/s during germination. PPFD increases as your plants grow.

Can I transplant the pods?

Absolutely! Our pods are biodegradable, and free from harmful chemicals. They can be transplanted to an outdoor garden or larger pot if they grow too large for the system.
